What this is

Let Me Settle writes an AI-generated opinion on a disagreement between 2 and 8 people, based on evidence the people involved upload. It is not legal advice, therapy, counselling or mediation, and it isn't a decision by any court, authority or professional. Don't use it in place of one. If you're in danger, see the safety page.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over. Cases involving anyone under 18 are refused. You can use the service as a guest; an account is needed for the wallet, sharing by email, gifts, referrals and "I disagree".

Consent and evidence

Before uploading anything, every person on a case confirms that:

• they agree to these terms and the privacy policy;
• they are 18 or over;
• names can be used in the report;
• they took part in the conversations or calls they upload;
• they have the right to share what they upload;
• there are no intimate images and nothing involving minors.

You're responsible for what you upload. Don't upload other people's private conversations you weren't part of, edited or fake screenshots, or anything you don't have the right to share. When a ruling rests on evidence only one side provided, the report says so.

How cases work

• Each case has a private link and a 6-digit PIN. Keep both safe; anyone with them can view the case and pay.
• Submissions are write-only. Nobody can read a submitted side, including the person who submitted it.
• A side that confirms a code sent to its invited number is verified. Otherwise it's self-declared, and the report says so.
• Payment starts a closing window. The case closes at its deadline or when every invited side has submitted. Submitted sides can't be removed.
• The report is available for 24 hours after delivery, then deleted with everything uploaded to the case.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in rupees and include GST. Quick is ₹149, Full ₹299 and Deep ₹799, with ₹99 for each side over 8. The tier is set by the evidence: whichever limit is reached first. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and processes every payment. Wallet balance can only be spent on Let Me Settle and can't be cashed out. The one exception: a refund we add to your wallet can go back to your original payment method if you ask within 7 days.

Refunds

We refund when a report fails (an error, a timeout, or no delivery within an hour) and when we refuse a case for safety reasons. We don't refund because someone disagrees with the verdict. The full policy is on the refunds page.

Acceptable use

• Don't use a verdict to threaten, harass or shame anyone.
• Don't try to read other people's submissions, guess PINs, or get around the limits.
• Don't upload instructions meant to steer the AI. They are read as evidence and noted in the report.
• Don't file cases about people who haven't been part of the conversation, or about anyone under 18.

We refuse and refund cases that show abuse, coercive control or credible threats. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities as the law requires.

The verdict

The verdict is an opinion written by AI from the evidence it was given. It can be wrong, especially when sides are missing or evidence is one-sided, and it says how sure it is. Quotes are copied from the evidence, never typed by the AI. Each PDF can be checked at /verify for a year. Share cards never show real names.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we can't promise any outcome from a verdict. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the case it relates to. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Please raise any complaint with our grievance officer first (see contact); we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within a month. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above; changes don't affect cases already paid for.
