When we stop a case
If what's shared on a case shows abuse, coercive control or credible threats, we don't write a verdict. Everyone on the case sees the same neutral message, with no hint of what was found or whose upload it was in. Everyone who paid is refunded. These help lines appear privately on each person's own screen. Nothing about it goes into notifications.
If something in a case suggests someone may be thinking about hurting themselves, the report still arrives, with these lines shown before it. Those statements are never quoted.
Keeping yourself safe
